Welcome to a true waterfront living experience, The Peninsula Project. Bouwkamp Builders is excited to be building our sixth home in New Buffalo, Michigan, located in the most unique location–in the New Buffalo Harbor "with Lake Michigan as the scenic backdrop." With many windows and interesting angles, this home was designed to allow for the perfect view from any angle. Each home site includes a 45-foot boat slip and access right into Lake Michigan.
With the construction of the seawall and an incredibly strong foundation of bedrock pilings, these homes were built to last a lifetime. There were many unique challenges that presented itself through the build, which only added to the satisfaction of executing many intricate design and engineering pieces involved.
The line between indoor and outdoor living spaces become blurred with full wall windows and many outdoor sitting areas. At Bouwkamp Builder's, we build custom homes that remain true to the owner's personality as well as different elements of the home's surroundings.
